Gaining access to wind farms is not generally possible because they tend to be sited on private land.  However, special arrangements can sometimes be made if you contact the wind farm operator.  Once a wind farm has been built the wind farm operator is the key organisation to contact and they may be able to arrange access themselves or via the landowner.
